Resident engineer must meet the following requirements:
Expertise with Cisco Unified Communications specializing in voice.
Expertise with designing, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise level large, multi-site, multi-vendor IP based voice systems.
Expertise in Automation of deployment, vulnerability remediations, updates and configuration of systems.
Expertise with Avaya, and NEC Telcom systems
Demonstrated success using modern DevOps methods and tools including automated testing tools and monitoring tools.
Demonstrated ability to drive frequent release cycles (daily/weekly).
Minimum Education Level - Current CCIE Collaboration Certification (Desired)
Minimum 15 years' experience as an IP based voice engineer spanning multiple locations.
Expertise with engineering and migrating to IPv6.
Expertise with MS Teams and integrations
Contact Center experience (UCCX,PCCE/UCCE etc)
Google CCAI/Dialog Flow experience
Required:
25% TRAVEL (75% Remote work)
