    Description

    Job Title: Territory Manager, Business Development and Sales

    We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to drive business development and sales for our OptiFreight Logistics team in Boise, Idaho. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling shipping solutions to net new non-acute clients, building long-term relationships with customers, and exceeding annual sales quotas.

    Salary:

    $132,900-$157,700 per year (including targeted variable pay)

    About the Role:

    The Territory Manager will be responsible for:

    • Realizing and exceeding net new annual sales quota
    • Maintaining a healthy sales funnel
    • Developing internal Cardinal Health and external referral networks
    • Generating and delivering custom presentations and solutions based on target value proposition
    • Facilitating implementation process with Operations team
    • Coordinating with account management team to ensure successful customer ramp up

    Key Qualifications:

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • A proven track record of strong negotiation skills and closing net new B2B business
    • Demonstrated networking and matrix leadership abilities
    • Experience developing and executing on a self-developed new business territory strategy
    • Excellent planning, forecasting, pipeline development and management acumen
    • Skilled in positively influencing others, while maintaining a strong sense of collaboration and partnership
    • A history of personal development and coachability
