- Motion Designers are multi-disciplined creative problem solvers, adept at blending graphic design, animation and narrative to bring unique personality and branding to the product design process.
- They are instrumental in building out motion systems that not only add character and dynamism to non-character assets but also make them resonate on a human level, enhancing narrative and emotional engagement of the project.
- Involved in all areas of the product development cycle, from concept to final deliverable, Motion Designers understand the constraints of various mediums, including AR/VR, and excel at maximizing visual impact within those limitations, ensuring that every element they create significantly contributes to the project's overall aesthetic and communicative goals.
- 2D & 3D animation, conceptual design, visual communication, marketing & branding, aesthetic style guides, motion system guidelines, storytelling, experts at color theory & typography principles, spatial problem solvers, high adaptability.

Pay Range: $75-$80/hr. on W2 without benefits.
