JOB SUMMARY
The Lead Patient Service Representative serves as an ambassador and point of contact for practices or patients in our community who are making referrals to or within CCS.
#They are also responsible for managing those referrals between the CCS programs and maintaining an effective system for referral tracking.
# In addition, they assist with scheduling new patient appointments and other assigned projects.
