Building Sanitation Worker - East Lansing

Job summary
This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of various areas within Landon Hall.Cleaning and clearing trash from building entrances, sweeping or shoveling snow from building entrances and emptying ash urns at building entrances are some of the tasks that this role involves. Additionally,
- Sweeps, polishes and wet mops dining rooms, halls, offices apartments lobbies study lounges classrooms auditoriums pressing rooms treatment rooms laundry rooms shower rooms locker rooms stairways outside entrances and all such areas.
Responsibilities
)- Cleans restrooms and shower room toilets lavatories urinals shower stalls floors towel dispensers all chrome walls ceiling partitions mirrors and all other areas in room.
- Re-supplies toilet tissue towels soap soap dispensers air fresheners hand sanitizers paper towels brooms mops dustpans cleaning carts vacuum cleaners carpet extractors floor polish floor finisher window washing equipment furniture polish door hardware lubricant spray disinfectant cleaner etc.
