    Mercer is seeking canidates for the following position based out of the Boston, MA, Denver, CO., Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, or Chicago, IL office:

    What can you expect?

    • Be a member of Mercer Wise 401k & PEP team, responsible for sales and client support as it relates to the Mercer Wise 401k administrative platform
    • Be an expert on the capabilities and tools of the record-keeping platform and will be responsible for presenting these capabilities to both clients and prospects
    • Pricing analysis and retirement plan review responsibility

    We will count on you to:

    • Create and deliver training and education to both plan sponsors and participants
    • Develop ongoing education and communication programs for clients
    • Assist with identifying and analyzing prospects needs as it relates to positioning Mercer's 401k solution
    • Deliver quality service to clients, ensure accuracy and time standards are consistently met
    • Serve as a subject matter expert for clients on record keeping platform
    • Participate in client calls as part of broader delivery team
    • Participate in client implementations and projects
    • Partner with sales team on material, RFPs and platform demos

    What you need to have:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 5 to 8 years of experience in Defined Contribution plan administration
    • Experience with project management and client relationship management
    • Work experience at a 401k record-keeper or administrator

    The applicable base salary range for this role is $71,700 to $143,300.

    The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
