    The Metzen Agency, part of Symmetry Financial Group seeks a life insurance sales representative to work as a fully remote sales professional. This individual will actively engage with prospective customers and develop relationships to ensure their protection in challenging times.

    The ideal candidate is driven, compassionate, hardworking, disciplined, and willing to learn and grow. We seek passionate agents who are committed to building a successful future for themselves and their loved ones while making a positive impact on clients they serve.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prospect: Make outbound calls to establish connections with potential clients. With our system, CRM, and lead purchasing capabilities, the opportunities are vast, and we strive to support new agents in scheduling 10 appointments per week.
    • Develop and foster relationships: Maintain regular communication with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention. Identify clients' life and health insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Meet and exceed targets: As an independent professional, you will set your own goals and be accountable for achieving them. Discipline and self-motivation are essential for success.
    • Track progress and results: Record interactions with prospects and track goal attainment to receive coaching and improve performance.
    • Potential for growth: You can advance as an insurance consultant with access to extensive resources and training. You also have the opportunity to build your own team and become an agency owner, unlocking limitless potential with Symmetry's proven system.

    Requirements:

    • Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in sales, coaching, or teaching.
    • Excellent relationship-building and management skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals.
    • Advanced communication, selling, and negotiating skills.
    • Unwavering drive to understand and meet clients' needs.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems.
    • Coachability.
