    Floating Customer Service Representative

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a professional and courteous Floating Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bar Harbor, Maine. This is a 40 hour per week role that involves providing excellent customer service by operating a customer service window with promptness, efficiency, and accuracy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Providing professional and confidential customer service
    • Operating a customer service window with courtesy and efficiency
    • Accurately processing a wide variety of customer banking transactions
    • Opening new accounts and assisting with other banking services

    Requirements:

    • Customer service experience
    • Working knowledge of Windows
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

    Benefits:
