Job summary
The Role: The position has high visibility to the CFO, CAO/Worldwide Controller, and Senior Management. Responsibilities include the preparation of SEC filings, along with technical accounting research and special projects.
Qualifications
- Prior Big 4 experience preferred Active CPA license required BS Accounting degree required MS Office proficiency required – strong Excel skills a must Experience working with U.S. GAAP and technical accounting research software Knowledge of SEC rules and requirements Experience with XBRL tagging use of SEC filing software Strong technical accounting writing and research skills Ability to both work in a team setting independently as needed Strong organizational skills ability to multi-task Excellent communication skills needed interface all levels organization Detail-oriented analytic comprehension High level qualification integrity handling confidential information at times
