    WeCare at Wesley Gardens is actively seeking a motivated Unit Secretary for our community in Rochester, NY. Our Unit Secretary performs clerical duties within each nursing unit. The Unit Secretary works directly with all levels of the nursing staff.

    Pay $18.00 Per Hour

    Key Responsibilities· Answer telephone by identifying herself/himself and the unit.· Receive and direct residents and visitors courteously.· Maintain a well-supplied and organized nursing station.· Fill out appropriate forms as needed.· Print HER packet for all out of facility appointments.· Notify Nursing staff of all test results.· Scan and upload all heal information.· Maintain resident charts.· Arrange and schedule all transportation needs for resident appointments.· Preform any other pertinent duties as assigned by supervisor.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise· Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent· Minimum of 1 year experience within health care setting
