(Physician/MD qualifications required) Internal Medicine - Seeking an experienced Board-Certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Hospitalist or Emergency Medicine physician to join a practice providing inpatient primary care to adults in skilled nursing facilities.
Part-time position 2 days per week. Flexible schedule. Set your own schedule.


Job Duties:
Primary care rounding in SNF.
Manage chronic disease, diagnosis illness and medical conditions, and implement plan of care.
Collaborate with clinicians, facility leaders and others regarding care and services.
Build relationships with your patients, patients' family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment delivery.
Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to our Nurse Practitioners.

Conduct clinical case reviews, as needed and share tools, information, and guidelines as they relate to quality of care.

Represent company on appropriate external levels engaging and establishing|maintaining relationships within the post-acute care community.

Collaborate with leadership to review care coordination initiatives, develop collaborative intervention plans, and share ideas about network management issues.

Estimated encounters per day 15-20 Day call only on days covering every weekend Average census: 260 Will not accept visa candidates.

Candidates must have at least 1 year post residency or fellowship experience. Compensation is Fee for Service (FFS) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is an estimated annual salary of $110,000. This part-time role is not benefit eligible. #J-18808-Ljbffr
