    About This Job
    Air and Space Force Solutions, a business unit within BAE Systems, has an opening at our Hill Air Force Base, Utah location for a Sys Admin I to work on our Service Desk. The selected candidate will join our Information Services team and have an important role in supporting our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual improvement and innovation. The position will have the following duties and responsibilities:

    • Resolves technical problems in a call center/help desk environment
    • Works with internal and external users and organizations to support customer user-level requirements, including resolving end-user support requests, researching and deploying advanced technologies
    • Resolves access requests for user accounts and other desktop support functions
    • Where possible, uses automated tools and scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy
    • Provides technical assistance, training and system documentation for users to promote efficient operation of applications
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    The applicant must meet DoD M IAT Level II or higher certification requirements on hire date or must obtain such within 6 months of being hired.
    Clearance Requirement
    This position requires an active final Secret clearance upon hire date. The applicant must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance. An active Top Secret clearance is preferred.
    US Citizenship Requirement
    Pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills
    Education and Experience Requirements are as follows:

    • HS diploma and 4 years of related Service Desk experience, or
    • BS/BA or MA/MS with 0+ years of related experience
    • Excellent customer support skills
    • Experience with Active Directory, desktop support, and ticketing systems
    • Experience working in a Service Desk/Help Desk team environment


    Certification Requirement

    Pay Information
    Full-Time Salary Range: $ $85950
    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
