    Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
    Content StrategyBuild a high-level content strategy to be implemented across all platforms: Web, Lifecycle, Organic Social, SEO, Influencer MarketingFormulate quarterly content strategies derived from the annual strategy, highlighting critical dates, target audience messaging, and product launchesContent ProductionUnderstand and navigate the nuances of producing high-quality content, ensuringoptimal utilization of resources, developing repeatable processes, and maximizing outputIdentify, audit, and engage with influencers to: (1) create content for all channels; (2) boost brand awareness; and (3) increase brand trust and loyaltyLifecycle Marketing (CRM)

    Lead the development of the customer journey by defining communications withprospects and current consumers through:
    SMS Promotional Emails NewsletterInsights, Learnings, Recommendations, and OptimizationsLead and manage weekly reporting process to educate all teams on which content is moving the needle and what content needs improvementCreate a monthly all-hands team regroup on content performancePresent high level insights and growth metrics to executive leadership when neededPlatform Management/Direction

    Social Media:
    Deepen Boost's presence and engagement across all relevant social media platforms; remain updated with latest trends, ensuring strategies are always ahead of what's next


    SEO:
    Facilitate and oversee in-depth keyword research to identify new opportunities and refine existing content strategies.

    Conduct regular competitive analyses to identify gaps, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement in the SEO strategy.

    Conduct a detailed technical SEO audit of Boost's sites, and from there identify any issues that may affect search engine visibility and user experienceWeb: Collaborate with the brand and dev teams to ensure Boost's site UX follows content guidelines and SEO best practicesSkills, Experience and RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:

    Content Strategy:
    Developing and executing a content strategy aligned with organizational goals, audience needs, and industry trendsLeadership: Ability to lead and manage a team of content creators, editors, and strategists, providing guidance, feedback, and supportCreativity: Generating innovative and engaging content ideas across various formats and platforms

    Content Production:
    Proficiency in content creation, including writing, editing, graphic design, video production, or multimedia contentSEO Knowledge: Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to optimize content for visibility and ranking

    Analytical Skills:
    Analyzing content performance metrics and using data-driven insights to refine content strategy and improve results

    Project Management:
    Organizing and managing content projects, including timelines, resources, and budgets

    Communication Skills:
    Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and external partnersAdaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, industry trends, and audience preferences

    Brand Awareness:
    Maintaining consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content channels

    Strategic Thinking:
    Developing long-term content plans aligned with overall business objectives and audience needs

    Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.

    Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
