Role Description
This is a part-time, in-house role as a Visual Content Producer specializing in photo and video production. The position is based on-site at Dillon Optics' Scottsdale, AZ facility. Hybrid work options may be available on occasion, depending on workload and production needs.
The key responsibilities include creating high-quality visual content such as photos and videos for marketing campaigns, e-commerce platforms, and social media channels, and collaborating closely with the marketing team. Additional duties include developing content strategies, managing content libraries, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual media.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, produce, and edit high-quality photo and video content for digital and social platforms, including lifestyle (in-studio and outdoor) and model-based shoots
- Set up and manage lighting, backdrops, props, and production environments
- Coordinate shoot logistics, including equipment setup and breakdown
- Edit content to brand standards or deliver well-organized raw files for post-production
- Develop engaging storytelling content that highlights product performance, craftsmanship, and brand initiatives
- Maintain organized file structures and asset libraries
- Create platform-optimized content for Instagram, email, web, and paid media
- Capture behind-the-scenes content at events, activations, and in-office moments
- Assist in planning and executing seasonal campaigns and product launches
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to ensure cohesive creative direction
- Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional photography and videography experience
- Demonstrated experience shooting both product-only and model lifestyle content
- Strong expertise in commercial content production, including filming, lighting, editing, and post-production workflows
- Ability to execute content aligned with brand standards and marketing objectives
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or comparable editing software
- Strong understanding of studio lighting techniques and on-set production workflows
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shoots and projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Marketing, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred
