    Welcome to the Cybersecurity practice within Moss Adams Advisory Services. We are looking for a FedRAMP Director to lead our growing team.

    FedRAMP continues to be one of the most in-demand services around and our clients success is dependent on keeping their customers data secure by maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

    This role will primarily 1) assist the Moss Adams 3PAO accreditation process, 2) manage the FedRAMP assessment team, 3) help create and drive assessment processes, and 4) provide quality assurance for issued reports.

    Responsibilities:
    Interface with the FedRAMP PMO, JAB, and other federal regulators as neededProvide QA review of issued FedRAMP assessment reportsGrow the service line through active sales effortsParticipate in the internal quality management system put in place to meet A2LA requirementsLead the FedRAMP assessment team by providing executive leadership of the team and interactions with client managementEvaluate skills and develop Managers, Seniors and Staff in client engagement management and technical expertise in IT compliance standards/frameworks (FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800 Series, and CMMC)

    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in Information Systems or other related field or equivalent experienceCompleted Baltimore Cyber Range requiredMinimum of 10 years of related experienceMeet the qualifications for a FedRAMP Senior AssessorExperience as a 3PAO to obtain FedRAMP Ready or FedRAMP Authorized status for clientsFamiliarity in producing and/or reviewing FedRAMP documentation and Deep knowledge of security frameworks with NIST experience (FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53, FISMA, NIST , CMMC)


    Strong interpersonal skills, having including excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to self-direct; experiencepresenting technical information in a clear and effective manner is preferredProven market facing skills required to develop new business and sustain existing excellent client relationshipsProven success managing multiple client engagementsAbility to travel as needed, approximately 25%Moss Adams is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

    While this is the typical range of pay for the position, actual pay may vary based on internal equity, knowledge, experience, skillset, and geographic location among other factors.
