Soliant Health is actively seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school district in Marion, NC. This is a full-time position available for the current school year and is based onsite. We are looking for a passionate professional who is committed to making a positive impact on the communication and language skills of students.

Job Details:

• Position: Speech Language Pathologist

• Onsite: Yes
• Caseload: Students of varying age groups and needs
• License: North Carolina SLP License (or ability to obtain)
• Certifications: ASHA Certification (preferred)
• Experience: Previous school-based experience is advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• North Carolina SLP License or eligibility to obtain one.
• ASHA Certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
