As the Manager of Engineering at Laser Photonics Corporation, you will hold a crucial role in elevating our engineering endeavors.
Reporting directly to the VP Of Engineering, you will lead a team of proficient engineers and technical specialists, shaping the trajectory of laser technology and ensuring the seamless execution of our product development strategies.
What you'll do:
Leadership and Strategy:
Develop and implement the company's engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with overall business goals.
Provide strategic guidance for product development, R&D, and engineering operations to foster innovation and sustain competitive advantage.
Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and ongoing improvement within the engineering division.
Team Management:
Lead, guide, and motivate a diverse team of engineers, designers, and technical experts.
Set clear objectives, priorities, and performance benchmarks for the engineering team to ensure coherence with company objectives.
Cultivate an environment of responsibility, professional development, and teamwork, nurturing an atmosphere where talent thrives and innovation prospers.
Product Development:
Supervise the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to market launch, ensuring timely delivery of top-notch, industry-leading laser solutions.

Advocate for best practices in design, engineering, and manufacturing to optimize product performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate closely with various departments, such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Quality Assurance, to align engineering efforts with customer requirements and market trends.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure adherence to pertinent industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems to uphold product safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
Propel continuous improvement endeavors in engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MS, PhD) preferred.
Demonstrated track record of leadership and innovation in engineering, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior management capacity.
Extensive knowledge and expertise in laser technology, photonics, optics, and related domains.Solid business acumen and strategic thinking, capable of translating technical insights into actionable business strategies.
