Job summary
The Resident Aide provides compassionate hands-on care and support to residents in accordance with their individual service plans.Ensure residents daily care and service needs are met including Activities of Daily Living ADLs such as bathing grooming hygiene toileting dressing eating socializing participating in activities.
- Assist residents with participation in Life Enrichment Events by leading activities assisting the Life Enrichment Coordinator or escorting residents
- Follow resident service plans for appropriate level of assistance and support
