- Build, troubleshoot, and maintain computer workstations and servers
- Manage Windows infrastructures, including domain controllers and email services
- Perform system administration tasks and ensure system security
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while keeping systems up to date
- Monitor system performance and capacity
- Document problems and develop solutions
- Assist in hardware/software upgrades and support system engineers
- Implement operating systems and software patches/updates
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field and 3 years of experience
- 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Windows systems
- US Citizenship and Secret clearance
- Certification in CompTIA Security+
- Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Experience with STIGs and cybersecurity best practices
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
