Warehouse Operation Manager

Join our team at WOONGJIN, Inc., a company dedicated to providing exceptional services with a strong moral compass. As a Warehouse Operation Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the operation and driving continuous improvements across different regions.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement improvement plans for overall operations
Assist Team Leader's direction
Establish Operational Procedures for verification of inbound and outbound shipments
Collaborate with HQ, RHQ, Team members, and Site Managers
Produce various reports and statistics on a regular basis
Ensure team maintains SOP training regularly
Initiate and implement continuous warehouse improvements
Work with Management on key Distribution metrics
Report on KPI's for metric tracking
Analyze forecasts, simulation, and productivity
Prepare for Peak Season Operations
Identify customer/market trends and operation issues
Gather operation status and performance data
Support development of solutions to meet requirements and improve performance
Support warehouse operation set-up and project management
Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or Logistics
3+ years of experience in Logistics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle high-pressure and fast-paced operations
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and organizational abilities
Ability to summarize data effectively
