    We are seeking a Night Stocker to join our team, responsible for handling various stock and merchandise management tasks outside of regular business hours.

    This position is ideal for those who prefer working in less customer-facing roles and during off-peak hours. As a Night Stocker, you will be responsible for:

    • Receiving, unloading, and sorting products during shipment deliveries efficiently and accurately.
    • Restocking shelves, ensuring all items are organized according to the store layout and safety guidelines.
    • Performing inventory controls and maintaining quality standards for audits.
    • Cleaning and organizing aisles, end caps, and displays to ensure a presentable store appearance.
    • Reporting any discrepancies, damages, or issues with merchandise to management.

    To be successful as a Night Stocker, you should possess the following qualifications:

    • Previous stocking experience or similar is preferred but not essential.
    • Strong physical endurance to lift heavy loads and remain on feet for most of the shift.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Reliability and punctuality.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    Customer Service Representative

    Our Customer Service Representatives provide assistance to customers both in-store and over the phone, resolving issues, and ensuring a satisfactory shopping experience. They are critical to maintaining the company's reputation for customer care.

    The responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative include:

    • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a polite and effective manner.
    • Providing accurate information about products and services, and current promotions.
    • Processing exchanges, returns, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
    • Maintaining thorough knowledge of store layout, inventory, and pricing structure.
    • Assisting with customer purchases and providing suggestions and recommendations.
    • Collaborating with other team members to ensure overall customer satisfaction.

    Successful Customer Service Representatives should possess the following qualifications:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience in a customer service role is highly advantageous.
    • Ability to handle stressful situations and diffuse customer dissatisfaction professionally.
    • Proficient in using computer software and POS systems.
    • High school diploma or higher; additional certification in customer service or related fields is a plus.
    • Flexibility in working hours, including availability to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
