    A cutting-edge machine-learning platform company is in search of a dynamic Senior Product Manager to spearhead the advancement of their MLOps platform. Their platform empowers organizations to effortlessly monitor, compare, elucidate, and optimize machine learning models throughout their entire lifecycle, revolutionizing industry standards.

    The Role

    As a MLOps Product Manager, you will:
    • Define and articulate clear product requirements, goals, performance indicators, and milestones to guide the product development process.
    • Work closely with other teams to ensure the seamless delivery of the product roadmap, fostering collaboration with top-tier engineering and design teams.
    • Lead and drive the product development process, collaborating with engineering and design teams to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives.
    • Analyze and disseminate user data and feedback across the team to track the impact of product changes and enhancements.
    • Integrate market analysis, research findings, and usability studies into product requirements, ensuring that the product meets market needs and user expectations.
    • Effectively communicate product plans, benefits, and results to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization.
    • Monitor and measure the performance of launched products, leveraging insights to shape the product roadmap for continuous improvement and innovation.
    Your Skills and Experience

    The successful MLOps Product Manager will have the following skills and experience:
    • 5 years of successful product management experience.
    • A background in data science
    • Experience working with ML/MLOps.
    • Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality products, guiding the entire lifecycle from planning and launch through ongoing maintenance.
    • Proficient in collaborating with engineers to influence the technical architecture of products.
    • Strong communication skills to effectively convey product value and opportunities to diverse audiences, including engineering, marketing, sales, individual users, and B2B customers.
    • Expertise in design and UX, complemented by experience in data product development or collaboration with Machine Learning teams.
    • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, React, Python, and proficiency in utilizing AWS and SQL.
