Customer Success Engineer (Robotics)

About the Company
We are a robotics company deploying advanced robotic systems into real-world, mission-critical environments. We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) who thrives at the intersection of engineering, operations, and customer engagement. This role is responsible for ensuring successful deployment, commissioning, and sustained operation of our robotic platforms in the field.
The ideal candidate has a background in aviation, aerospace, defense, or military operations, an interest in automation and robotics, and a natural ability to build trust with customers. You will act as the technical face of the company during field deployments, while also serving as a critical feedback loop to the development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own customer demos, trials, and deployments at airports and airbases
- Document best practices and processes that can be used by all
- Manage customer relationship and promote active use of our products
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience in aviation, aerospace, defense, or military operations
- Ability to travel frequently and work in field environments
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- US Citizen
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior military service (especially aviation, maintenance, robotics, or technical roles)
- Experience commissioning or supporting complex systems in operational environments
- Experience working directly with customers in operational roles
