Clinic MA7:30am-4:30pm M-F, Full Time, 40hrs

Rheumatology
Tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 for continuing education
~ Health/Dental/Vision available after day one
~ Assists the physician and office staff with selected duties to include clerical processing, patient preparation, scheduling, lab, x-ray and medical records. As directed, performs patient care activities consistent with the established standards of nursing practice. The incumbent in this position shall carry out his or her responsibilities and integrate into his or her work ethic the Mercy Philosophy of caring for the sick and suffering, respect for human life and the dignity of each person, applying Christian values to all crucial human issues in the area over which he or she has responsibility. Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program
One year of applicable patient care experience or applicable medical office experience as defined by the clinic
New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training
Current Medical Assistants who are moving to Advanced Medical Assistant title on the career ladder must complete MA competencies.
