    Job Title

    Sales Associate Summary

    The Sales Associate will serve as a key representative of the organization to our external clients. This role will focus on delivering outstanding customer service through daily interactions with clients while creating value for the organization and for our clients. This person will proactively enhance the company acceptance and branding in the market while applying best practices and processes during the transactions and services provided.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and respond to concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Create Value: Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience, increase sales, and promote cross-selling/up-selling initiatives.
    • Enhance Company Acceptance and Branding: Promote the company's brand values, products, and services through excellent customer interactions.

    Minimum Requirements

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Must speak Spanish fluently and have basic English communication skills.
    • Ability to use a computer keyboard (letters and numbers) and mouse.
    • Detail-oriented, especially when reading, writing, and counting numbers and currency.

    Work Schedule

    Several schedules available between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM from Monday to Sunday.
