Qualifications

Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification
Graduate from an accredited institution
Minimum of one year experience
Valid state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT
Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist / PT will assess patients needing rehabilitation services, provide direct care, and develop treatment plans based on medical condition and goals. Moreover, they will collaborate with healthcare professionals and educate patients on therapy methods.

Create individualized care plans
Deliver skilled physical therapy services as per physician orders
Assess, evaluate, and modify treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
