Job Summary

At Denizen, a leader in the Luxury Residential AV Integration industry, we are seeking an IT Systems Specialist to join our dynamic team.

This role is pivotal in maintaining the operational integrity of our internal hardware and software systems.

The IT Systems Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring that our team has the digital tools and resources necessary to excel in the competitive AV industry.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities

System Maintenance and Support:
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of internal hardware and software. Ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems, including networks, servers, and devices.

ERP Management:
Administer and optimize our internal ERP system. Manage user access, conduct regular system updates, and function as the liaison for all internal support requests.

Technical Assistance:
Provide technical support to employees, addressing and resolving any IT-related issues promptly and effectively.

Security Oversight:
Implement and monitor security protocols for IT systems to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.

Collaboration and Training:
Work closely with various departments to understand their IT needs. Conduct training sessions for staff on new IT security technologies and system updates.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay abreast of the latest IT trends and technologies that could benefit the company, suggesting and implementing improvements where applicable.

All other duties as assigned by your manager.

Skills and Qualifications Required
Proven experience in IT system management, particularly in maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software.
Expertise in managing ERP systems and internal ticketing systems.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and data security principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex IT concepts to non-technical staff.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar IT role, preferably in a technology or AVfocused company.
• Certifications in IT systems management, ERP systems, and/or network security are desirable.
