Description
Optimizely North America Inc.is seeking a candidate to fill the position of Staff Software Engineer out of its Nashua, New Hampshire office to assist in developing and delivering projects that solve complex software problems.
This role includes serving as team lead towards higher quality and greater efficiency through sharing extensive code and design reviews, and prioritizing building common tools, advocating improvements for development process and learning.
Responsibilities include the following:
Build full-stack web applications and services with a variety of languages, including but not limited to C#, TypeScript, and React.
Ensure product quality by developing and applying thorough automated testing techniques
Deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud-based applications and services
Collaborate with team and stakeholders to deliver high value solutions
Lead junior members of the team in software design and deployment best practices
Contribute to architecture and design decision process
Review and contribute to interview kit for technical roles and provide interview training to engineers.
Requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field as well as 60 months of experience in software development including at least 36 months of development on a .Net or equivalent framework using Python, C#, Java (or other industry-standard language) and designing, developing and deploying WEB API Services using ASP.NET MVC, Entity framework and SQL Server.
