Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated part-time Groundskeeper to join our team at Golden Oaks, a 117-unit manufactured housing community located in Springfield, OR. This role ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding grounds, amenities and overall curb appeal and provides support to the service team members.Qualifications
- Must possess knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of power tools and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to interact professionally with community residents, staff members, and visitors.
