- Convey knowledge and experience with information security, infrastructure, and implementation techniques.
- Configure IAM cloud/SaaS tenants in multiple environments to meet requirements and design specifications.
- Integrate HR/Employee and Contractor/Non-Employee identity data into IAM systems.
- Support application teams with integration support.
- Analyze logs to debug issues with IAM.
- Advise and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation for smooth transition of work to client stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship within the practice.
- Lead projects and teams.

- Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta and SailPoint.
- Knowledge of IAM products in the market.
- Adaptability to new IAM technologies.
- Technical writing skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of experience in IAM technologies.
- Hands-on experience with provisioning and SSO technologies.
- Experience with integrating AD with Azure AD.
- Experience in large-scale projects and IT security.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Certifications in Okta, SailPoint, and security are desirable.
- Remote position within the United States.
- Potential travel up to 10%.
