    As a Legal Recruiting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment efforts of a large law firm. You will assist in various aspects of the recruitment process, from coordinating interviews to managing administrative tasks and planning events. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively will contribute to the success of our recruiting initiatives.

    Pay $25-30/hr

    Responsibilities:

    • Schedule interviews, meetings, and other recruitment-related activities between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Communicate with candidates to provide necessary information and instructions regarding interviews and assessments.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for out-of-town candidates, if necessary.
    • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure candidate data is accurately recorded and up to date.
    • Prepare and distribute recruitment-related correspondence, such as offer letters and rejection emails.
    • Handle inquiries from candidates and internal stakeholders regarding the recruitment process.
    • Assist in creating and maintaining recruitment marketing materials, including job postings, social media posts, and employer branding initiatives.
    • Participate in campus recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities to attract top talent.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate information and internal discussions.
    • Prepare and organize recruitment-related documentation, such as resumes, applications, and interview feedback forms.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support role preferred.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
