    Quest Diagnostics is seeking a creative and analytical Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst with a passion for analytics and storytelling to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our Talent Acquisition (TA) Center of Excellence (COE) by extracting insights from talent data and effectively communicating the value of our initiatives through compelling narratives and presentations. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career eager to combine their analytical skills with storytelling abilities to drive impact within our organization.

    • Reports to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations
    • Works closely with COE leadership, Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) and other stakeholders to develop, maintain and report on key metrics - to measure performance of recruitment strategy and initiatives
    • Collaborates with the Talent Acquisition leadership team to gather and analyze talent data, including recruitment metrics, employee turnover, and performance evaluations
    • Partners with the Human Resource Business Partner community to understand the data needs of business leaders
    • Provides weekly, monthly, and ad hoc Talent Acquisition reporting to a variety of audiences
    • Extracts actionable insights from data analysis and crafts compelling narratives demonstrating the value of our COE initiatives
    • Utilize storytelling techniques to effectively communicate the impact of talent management strategies to stakeholders
    • Utilize advanced Excel skills to bring multiple data points together from multiple sources
    • Utilize advanced PowerPoint skills to create visually engaging presentations that showcase talent analytics insights and COE achievements
    • Works under minimal supervision, supporting TA leadership with the development of presentations that are tailored to the needs and preferences of different audiences, such as senior leadership or department leaders
    • Understands and develops end-to-end processes and reporting in support of the TA function. Ensures data are accurate and presented in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner to key stakeholders both internally and externally to the HR function
    • Demonstrate the Quest values to govern decisions, actions, and behaviors through the 5C's on a daily basis: Customer First, Care, Collaboration, Continuous Improvement, and Curiosity
    • Serves as backup to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations
    • Supports TA COE in managing relocation requests, leading quarterly audits, processing invoices, and maintaining TA COE SharePoint site
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Bachelor's degree required; preferred in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, computer science, relevant field, or equivalent experience in data analytics
    • Two plus years of analytical reporting, storytelling, and a proven track record collaborating with multiple departments to drive results
    • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
    • Proficiency in statistical software and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) strongly preferred
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data effectively
    • Team player who will do what it takes to get the job done

    Primary Location

    Tampa Florida or our headquarters in Secaucus NJ is preferred. Remote candidates also considered
