    The

    Hospital Regional Business Manager - North Texas/Oklahoma is

    primary customer facing role within the Kedrion US Commercial team.

    The RBM is responsible for creating demand and achieving sales objectives through effective selling and relationship development with key hospital customers and decision makers for Kedrab, RhoGAM, Albumin, Koate, and future pipeline products (when applicable).


    Preferred location of candidates is:
    Dallas, TX area and near major airport.

    Main responsibilities include :


    Assume responsibility for Hospital sales of defined products (and other launch products when applicable) within a defined geography, including the achievement of sales targets.

    Build authentic relationships to sell-in specialized products to hospitals and other call points such as clinicians, physicians, pharmacists, pharmacy purchasers, nurses, emergency department specialists & infectious disease, and other healthcare professionals (i.e. laboratory medicine, OB/GYN, etc.)

    Educate prescribers, key decision makers and targeted healthcare providers (specialty pharmacies, local distributors, clinical pharmacists, nurses, administration, etc.) on the appropriate use and differentiated clinical value of our IG products.

    Develop and leverage strategic & authentic relationships with key decision makers/stakeholders to promote the prescribing and dispensing of Kedrion IG products.

    Demonstrate a deep understanding of hospital key customers, disease state for which our products are indicated and the appropriate use and differentiated clinical value of our products.

    Develop strategic account plans with clearly defined sales and executional objectives.

    This includes:
    o Developing daily and weekly schedules to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of assigned geography.
    o Completing pre-and post-sales interaction analysis that positively impacts future customer interactions.

    o Inputting customer information into the CRM tool and leverage all the capability of the CRM tool to enhance job performance inclusive of leveraging feedback from Field Contact Reports.

    o Delivering comprehensive and accurate sales presentations using all marketing and sales materials to defined customers.

    o Executing a consistent selling model to gain optimum results and be recognized as a leader regarding selling skills and authentic relationships.

    o Finding creative ways to deliver results faster, effectively and more efficiently.
    o Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of all promoted and competitive products along with technical and marketplace knowledge

    Providing regular feedback in a clear and professional manner to the broader Kedrion US Commercial team on customer feedback, competitor activity, buying patterns, trends within the Hospital space, etc.


    Requirements :
    Bachelor's degree
    Ability to cover a multi-state geography
    Proximity to a major airport
    Current or recent sales experience within the Hospital
    Being clinically adept, either currently selling in this space or have sold similar products into the Hospital
    Can provide examples of authentic relationships built
    Strong sales person, either having won awards at prior company, or passionate self-motivated to reach and achieve sales goals in a new organization
    Must have examples of the above.

    Able to portray the uniqueness of selling in this space, how to conduct a total hospital call and bringing all vested parties together.
