We are seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Recruiter to join our team on a flexible, hybrid remote basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who values work-life balance and needs scheduling flexibility (e.g., parents, semi-retired professionals, or those seeking reduced hours).
You will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our growing team across multiple Ohio locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles (warehouse, sales, administrative, technical, and management positions)
Post job openings on relevant platforms, company website, and industry-specific sites
Manage applicant tracking, coordinate interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining positive candidate experiences
Stay updated on recruiting best practices and local labor market trends in the Dayton/Cincinnati area
Qualifications
Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency, in-house, or HR-related preferred)
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR tools
Familiarity with the HVACR industry or trades recruiting is a plus, but not required
Must reside in or near the Dayton or Cincinnati, Ohio area for occasional in-person needs
