    Job Title: Project Manager (Mechanical Contractor)

    About the Role: Mid to Senior level career opportunity for an MEP or HVAC/R Project Manager.     • This is a full-time in position with the ability to work remotely
    • Early / Mid career (3+ yrs Mechanical Contractor Project Manager) experience with advancement opportunities
    • Pay rate $36-50/hr depending on experience

    Responsibilities:

    Position: Project Manager

    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee site superintendent
    • Coordinate projects
    • Communicate with General Contractor (GC)
    • Manage technical project documentation (reading blueprint specs, and schematics)
    • Handle purchasing and delivery coordination
    • Manage field employees
    • Work with / coordinate vendors and subcontractors
    Required Skills:
    • Comfort with learning/advising Construction ERP (Viewpoint/Spectrum) systems
    • Ability to multitask effectively
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager in commercial mechanical industry
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    Performance Expectations:
    • Responsible for the quality and financial outcome of assigned projects
    Geographic Focus:
    • Long-term intention for projects served by southern Maine division
    Education:
    • BS in Mechanical Engineering/Construction Technology or related discipline preferred
    Work Schedule
    • Remote work available
    • Have working knowledge of HVAC & mechanical codes
    • Strong organizational, multitasking skills, and detail oriented
    • Effective communication, team player, Decisiveness, analytical thinking and problem solving ability
    • AS degree or equivalent trades school
