Great Bay Community College is seeking qualified applicants who are interested in adjunct teaching at the College on a course-by-course basis; strong academic background is required.
Adjunct Faculty:
Massage Therapy Program
The instructor will be responsible for preparing and teaching an week, 4-5 Credit, Massage Technique course.
The instructor must be familiar with and experienced teaching in an in-person, online and/or blended learning environment using a variety of platforms, including Zoom.
Adjunct appointments are temporary, for a specified contract period and may require in classroom or online instruction.The minimum qualifications for your position are as follows:
Education:
Bachelors degree in the subject area closely related to the teaching assignment, or possession of a Bachelors degree in Education and an Associates degree in Education, Biology, Physiology, Health or related field combined with a minimum of three to six years of related teaching and/or professional work experience is preferred.
Licensure:
Faculty must possess current NH LMT Licensure and current liability insurance.
The compensation rate is $750-$900 per contact hour.
Compensation will be determined based on the appointed adjunct faculty rank, which is based on education and industry and/or teaching experience.
