What You'll Do
- Provide leadership and technical direction to ensure process designs conform to sanitary
- Managing/Coordination of maintenance efforts and function.
- Serve as the point person/coordination of plant resources on capital installations and startups
- Lead plant capital budgeting process and participate in the Global process, write capital
required.
- Provide technical and organizational leadership for the commercialization of new products,
- Provide leadership, vision and coordination to improve key performance metrics and drive
- Provide leadership and support to ensure that a safe and healthful environment is provided for

- Serve as a liaison between facility manufacturing and Rockline Global Engineering to facilitate

What we're looking for
- B.S. Degree in Engineering required(Mechanical or Electrical highly preferred.)
- Minimum of seven (7) years engineering experience with both manufacturing support and project
hourly/salaried reports.
- Experience in sanitary processing preferred; IE: food, liquids, cosmetic or medical.
- Experience in implementing Lean practices and Six Sigma certification preferred. Demonstrated
skills are a must.
