    Program Manager Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team and support the mission of the Office of the Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Privacy, Civil Liberties, and Transparency.

    • Lead development of strategic documents and training materials supporting privacy, civil liberties, and transparency initiatives.
    • Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with senior DoD leadership.
    • Implement quality control processes to ensure operational excellence.
    • Drive compliance with federal privacy, FOIA, and civil liberties requirements.

    This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to critical Department of Defense (DoD) initiatives that ensure privacy, civil liberties, and transparency are maintained across diverse missions and programs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Document Development: Create and lead development of strategic documents and training materials supporting key initiatives.
    • Cross-Functional Team Management: Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior DoD leadership to drive project objectives.
    • Quality Control: Implement quality control processes to ensure operational excellence and high-quality outcomes.
    • Compliance: Drive compliance with federal regulations, including privacy, FOIA, and civil liberties requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Active Top Secret Clearance Required.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Management or Related Field.
    • Five (5) Years of Experience Leading Multi-Disciplined Teams within the DoD.
    • Two (2) Years of Experience Managing Complex Government Programs.
    • PMP Certification Preferred.
