    We are seeking an HR System Analyst for a client in Richmond This HR System Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) by analyzing business requirements, configuring system settings, conducting system testing, and providing end-user support.

    This role bridges the gap between HR processes and technology solutions, ensuring the effective utilization of HRIS to streamline HR operations and enhance organizational effectiveness.


    REQUIREMENTS:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
    3-5 years in HRIS administration, system analysis, or a related role preferred.
    Familiarity with HR processes and practices, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
    Proficiency with HRIS software such as Workday, Ceridian DayForce, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    Experience with SQL, data analysis tools, or reporting platforms is a plus.


    Responsibilities:
    Configure and maintain HRIS modules, workflows, and business rules to support HR processes.
    Work closely with HR business partners to gather, document, and prioritize system requirements.
    Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
    Conduct system testing, including functional testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
    Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality and processes.
    Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving user inquiries and system-related issues.
    Design and generate reports, dashboards, and metrics to support HR decision-making and compliance requirements.
    Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
