    Position Overview


    As a Lifestyle Designer at Ulrich, you help customers live more memorable lives by designing solutions that exceed their expectations.

    This is not a cold calling position as the customers are vetted and prepped for you prior to you ever speaking with them.

    Once you are with a customer, you will guide them through the Ulrich Proven Process designing and selling them over the phone and leveraging the internet - this will not be an in-person sale.

    Your voice, personality, and curiosity will be key for unlocking their needs, wants, and dreams to deliver the perfect structure that fits their budget.

    You will then close the deal by making a deposit, getting the required paperwork signed, and handing it off to our production team to fulfill their purchase.

    Compensation and Benefits

    Annualized base pay can range from $44-55k depending on experience
    A monthly bonus is earned based on revenue

    Work Location & Hours

    Ulrich Headquarters in downtown Fort Worth, TX
    Class A Office Building
    This is not a remote working position
    Monday through Friday with various Saturdays as decided by the manager
    To cover all markets we operate in, your hours will vary between 7 am to 7 pm

    Primary Job Roles

    Identify needs, dreams wants, and budget of the customer
    Manage contact records with tags, notes, and activities within CRM
    Close sales to meet team goals
    Consolidate completed sales order documents and hand-off for processing
    Process order updates/changes
    Collect payment and signed paperwork then hand-off for processing

    Skills & Abilities

    Strong telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills.
    Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
    2+ years of selling experience
    Good time management and analytical skills
    High Activity Output
    Coachable and a fast learner
    Familiarity with Google Suite
    Experience in CRM Systems - HubSpot Preferred
    Ability to have in-depth conversations with the customer to discover their needs, wants, and dreams
    Persuasive and comfortable asking for the sale
