Description

MIMS GROUP is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, bringing passion and drive to the table. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are at the forefront of our field. In this role, you will engage with our existing 2,000 business clients, cultivate new relationships to expand our client base, and lead a small team through similar tasks. As you become adept at our processes and systems, you will progress into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly pay range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

Key Responsibilities:

Service existing client base
Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
Monitor and guide team activities and outcomes
Train and mentor new team members on our systems
Provide daily field activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM
Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Proven time management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines
Strong supervisory and leadership qualities
Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally demanding environment
Passion for assisting others and building strong connections
Sales or customer service background
Self-motivated with a focus on goals
Community-oriented mindset
Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred)

Licensing Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
Clear background check and personal transportation
Minimum 45-day evaluation period before potential advancement
