    This role is based at our HQ in Solon, Ohio.

    The Role:

    This full-time internship offers a dynamic opportunity to work closely with our Executive Leadership team based in Solon, OH. Over the course of 12 weeks in the summer, working 40 hours per week, you'll engage in a variety of essential duties and responsibilities that will enhance your skills in research, data analysis, and strategic communication. This role will involve collaborating with senior-level leaders across the company, providing invaluable insights and support to our strategic initiatives.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create materials to support C-suite communication efforts regarding strategy and organizational alignment.
  • Support corporate and regional strategy development initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, perform competitive analysis, and metrics reporting.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Business Operations and Human Resources leaders on strategic planning and analysis.
  • Develop recommendations for organizational projects and assess area strategy for key players.
  • Assist in the implementation of specific strategy initiatives.
  • Perform trend analysis and projections that contribute to the overall performance of the company
  • Participate in special projects as opportunities arise, such as assisting with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives or corporate development/M&A financial analysis and due diligence.
  • Qualifications:

    Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in strategic market analysis.
  • 2+ years of recent experience in business analysis in a management consulting firm or strategy/development function for a mid-size company.
  • Currently pursuing an MBA or master's degree in strategic management/leadership with 2-4 years of professional experience in consulting, finance, marketing, sales, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in conducting and analyzing research, distilling data into concise summaries for informed business decisions.
  • Ability to understand market landscapes and extract insights from diverse data sources.
  • Proficient in Excel models and other quantitative and qualitative resources for analysis.
  • Proven ability to translate analyses into compelling business narratives influencing decisions and strategy, with excellent communication skills.
  • Effective interaction with team leaders, managers, and senior leadership.
  • Track record of leadership, time management, project management, and collaboration.
  • Expertise in standard analysis and presentation software such as Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Keen interest and experience in business analysis focused on commercial & residential real estate and/or real estate technologies industries.
  • Preferred:

  • Business Analysis working experience.
  • Experience in developing corporate and managerial communications.
  • Experience in project structuring.
  • Basic knowledge of corporate finance.
  • International experience is helpful.
