- Handling Annual Report qualifications and consents filing for the parent company and designated U.S. or international subsidiaries.
- Assisting in financing deals, such as Bank Agreements, Intercompany Demand Notes, and Vendor Credit Letters.
- Supporting credit collections and bankruptcy litigation through research and documentation.
- Participating in real estate transactions, including Purchase and Sale Agreements and Leases.
- Ensuring compliance with ERISA Plan requirements in collaboration with Human Resources and outside counsel.
- Coordinating Legal Tracker and COSI Insight and providing backup support for various legal functions.
- Utilizing hCue Entity Management Software and assisting in acquisition, merger, and disposition projects.
- Associate's Degree (A.A. or equivalent)
