DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the concrete manufacturing industry.
• In depth knowledge of precast concrete production processes, equipment, and technologies.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and ERP/MRP systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality assurance, inventory management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precast concrete manufacturing, demonstrated leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Monitor production schedules and workflows to ensure on-time delivery of products while optimizing resource utilization.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards and customer specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to identify opportunities for process improvement and address any non-conformances.
• Provide strong leadership to the plant team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production targets, quality standards, and operational excellence.
• Manage and mentor plant staff, including supervisors, technicians, and operators, to maximize their potential and ensure high performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
