    Stila Cosmetics has an opportunity for an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager. This role will report directly to the Director, Inventory Control in our Glendale Office.

    The main goal of this position will be to effectively manage the execution of Core finished good products and components, ensuring unit fill rate, inventory, and cost objectives are met.

    This position will also support the operations team with day-to-day transactional activities that are critical in providing an accurate supply picture and inventories.


    Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

    • Support efficient and effective execution of Core product planning and procurement.
    • Issue and track Core product POs to third-party manufactures and component suppliers.
    • Support Unit Fill Rate (UFR) and inventory goals for Operations team.
    • Plan finished goods and components in Smoothie planning system for assigned product categories.
    • Maintain PO and Work Order delivery dates in Great Plains (GP)
    • Responsible for MRP/MPS planning
    • Data Base management
    • Demand planning/forecasting/consensus
    • Purchasing
    • Transact material receivers in Great Plains (GP).
    • Ensure adherence to weekly/monthly Planning cycles.
    • Work with third-party manufacturers to ensure supply plans meet customer service needs.
    Elevate delivery issues as necessary to Stila management.

    • Hold weekly and/or bi-weekly open order review meetings with assigned suppliers to ensure alignment on expected purchase order due dates.
    • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Project Management, Product Development, and Packaging Development as required to maintain Core products.
    • Responsible for creating, inputting and maintaining POs and MOs in GP.Responsible for providing bills of materials and other information to suppliers to ensure proper execution of non-turnkey purchase orders.
    Ensure data accuracy in GP and proper process flow.

    • Responsible for issuing/providing POs at correct pricing and MOQs.
    • Coordinate logistics with freight forwarder and provide recommendations for ship method to support PO and fill rate needs.
    File receivers, packing lists, etc.

    • Maintain and keep vendor liability insurance files.
    • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

    Requirements & Skills:
    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or other related disciplines.
    Minimum 5 years' experience in a Supply Chain, Planning/Purchasing, Inventory Control or Finance roles.
    Experience in color cosmetics, personal care, consumer products or similar fast-paced product environment.
    Background in a Supply Chain environment (MPS, MRP and Data Base management).

    Ability to use computer systems necessary to meet department objectives including, Legacy systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP), Forecasting and planning tools, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

    Must be an excellent team player with solid written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to effectively problem-solve, communicate cross-functionally with all departments.
    Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
    Excellent follow-up and organizational skills required.
    Must possess the ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and yet be flexible in an ever-changing environment.
    APICS certified preferred.
    Strong level of integrity and work ethic.
