We are looking for a Recruiter (Part-time Position) to join our team and help us make a meaningful change in our clients lives by matching them with the perfect caregiver. Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR team in the development and execution of new recruitment strategies.
• Identify target organizations, community groups, educational institutions, or professional associations to proactively source qualified candidates.
• Participate in job fairs and other activities to create a strong candidate pipeline and promote the company to new clients.
• Assist the hiring process by collaborating with the Office Manager and Scheduler to create new strategies for staff retention.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.
• Positive teamwork orientation; strong organizational skills; self-motivated; high attention to detail; and ability to multi-task.
• Prior experience in sales, recruitment, in-home care, or healthcare industries is preferred.
• Prior experience in social media and other marketing media is preferred.
