Team Lead - Mobile Testing Platform :

Our direct client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join Mobile Testing Platform Team.

This role will be responsible for leading a diverse team of engineers in migrating, maintaining, and enhancing mobile testing platform, ensuring it remains valuable, reliable, and steady.

The successful candidate will play a key role in mitigating risk and providing quality engineers with the right testing tools to test their applications effectively.

Make enhancements to the mobile testing platform and frameworks

Automate software development workflows

Agile environment :
participate in Scrum ceremonies and planning

Handle customer requests, resolve user issues, general maintenance, and enhancements


Qualifications :
Extensive experience with mobile and browser testing platforms and frameworks

Expertise in providing quality engineers with useful testing tools and workflows

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or similar languages

Experience in automating software development workflows

Knowledge of design, implementation, and maintenance of B2B interfaces (vendor-hosted platforms)

Experience in maintaining applications and software platforms, including vulnerability remediation, patching, and user issue resolution

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Patience when dealing with customer issues

Ability to communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders

Demonstrably organized and communicative as a team leader
