Ascent Healthcare, headquartered in Portland, OR, is a business that delivers generalized internal medicine and geriatric post hospitalization care to Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout Oregon and Washington. We have been in business for 10+ years and we practice in 38 skilled nursing facilities employing 30+ Medical Providers. Ascent Healthcare is now expanding its staff and has an exciting opportunity for a Physician's Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. Company DescriptionAscent Healthcare, headquartered in Beaverton, OR, is a business that delivers internal medicine and post hospitalization care to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout Oregon and Washington. We have been in business for over 10 years and have been continuously growing since our inception. Our practice is now staffed with approximately 15 Office/Professional employees and a mix of 25 Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners and Physician's Assistants delivering medical care to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Although our business is relatively new, we have a unique business model and our market is continuing to expand.
