is seeking an experienced, dynamic Cost Accounting Manager to join our fast-growing and exciting organization with offices in the United States, China, Germany, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and The Philippines.

Headquartered in beautiful Idaho Falls, ID and with a significant Manufacturing presence in Idaho, Tennessee and Shanghai, Melaleuca Inc. is one of the leading manufacturers of health and wellness products in the world. Reporting to the Global Plant Controller, the Cost Accounting Manager for Melaleuca Inc. is a key leadership role in the overall Finance organization.

The successful candidate will have broad scope of responsibilities and will enjoy the independence and mandate to develop and enhance the capabilities of the The Cost Accounting Manager is the primary business partner for the Operations team.

The position is responsible for all aspects of the company's cost accounting activities by collaborating across the organization to impact the bottom line.

The activities include budgeting, forecasting, researching analyzing, reporting and driving cost savings/reduction & inventory reduction initiatives.

Qualifications + Must be available for relocation to Idaho Falls, ID (Corporate Relocation Provided) + Minimum 8+ years' experience as a leader in cost accounting, preferably in medium or large manufacturing businesses (with 100+ SKUs) with global reach having lead accounting teams of 4+ accountants + Experience working in or managing Cost Accounting + Demonstrable track record as change agent + Self-motivated, independent leader + Strong communicator to a variety of audiences + Experience working in a matrixed environment + Comfort with multi-tasking and time-sensitive deliverables + Familiarity with various transactional and reporting systems highly desired Just as important as your experience and skills will be the following characteristics and competencies: + A collaborative approach and willingness to engage in an environment of active idea sharing.
