    Requirements

    • BC/BE in Urology
    • A license in both Iowa and Illinois. Your primary hospital location is in Rock Island, IL and your secondary hospital locations and outpatient clinic are within a 15-minute drive in Bettendorf, IA and Moline, IL.

    • UnityPoint Health System - Quad Cities
    • Acute adult bread-and-butter urological practice
    • Block time in OR
    • Your team consists of experienced urologists and full-time APPs
    • Primary hospital location is in Rock Island, IL
    • Facility based outpatient clinic and secondary sites are just 15-minutes away in Bettendorf, IA and Moline, IL
    • You take care of patients; this is how we take care of you
    • Predictable work schedule posted 90 days in advance.
    • Take two weeks off each month
    • No billing or coding - you take care of patients; our operations team takes care of paperwork
    • Malpractice & tail coverage provided at no cost to you, and no non-compete clause hanging over your future.
    • Competitive compensation based on MGMA data, robust benefits including health/dental/vision and employer-matched 401k, and annual CME allowance.
